.Instruction of foam concrete plant:

1. Foam concrete plant are mainly consists of two parts: 

One: special mixer for light concrete (including feeding hopper mixing tank foam generator  water pump electric

 control panel);

The other one: Completely hydraulic conveying pump for light concrete. 

2. about the electric batching machine, screw batching machine and cement silo are selected machines for an 

automatic production line .

3.Foam concrete plant is easy operation, steady performance and perfect foaming.

Usage of the foam concrete plant: 

1. Cast partition wall in-situ

2. Roofing insulation and flooring insulation

3 .Gap filling 

4 .Road base

5. making foaming concrete blocks etc.

Density could be adjusted in 300~1800kg/m3.and main rawmaterials is Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement,Fly ash ,Sand, Foaming Agent etc.
